Shipping Policy

  • Free Standard Delivery (Pakistan): All orders ship free of charge via our trusted courier partners anywhere in Pakistan.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Orders placed before 12 PM (Mon–Fri) ship the same day and typically arrive within 2–4 business days. Remote areas may take an extra 1–2 days.

  • Express Option: For urgent needs, choose our express service at checkout (flat fee applies).

  • Order Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email/SMS—track your package in real-time on the courier’s website.

  • Packaging: Every item—from jade rollers to kitchen gadgets—is carefully packed with protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Product arrives damaged or broken

    • You receive the wrong item or incorrect variant

  2. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Email support shopulz.pk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

    • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • For eligible returns, Shopulz.pk covers all return shipping costs.

    • We’ll send you a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions.

  4. Refund Processing:

    • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Refusal of Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at support shopulz.pk@gmail.com This ensures we can send you a perfect replacement right away.
